Custom 112 Hats is a brand of Battle Born Clothing, a custom apparel decorator at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447. This site exists because so many buyers ask for the Richardson 112 by number that it earned its own front door. Custom 112 Hats is a Battle Born Clothing brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Richardson Sports.

What we do

We decorate Richardson caps: the 112 in every color family, the 115, 110, 168, 312, 511, 112FP, camo 112P and 112PFP, 112PM, 220 and 225, and the 256 and 258 rope caps. Richardson makes them. We buy the blanks from SanMar (Reno warehouse first) and S&S Activewear and decorate them in our Yerington shop.

Equipment

• Two commercial single-head embroidery machines: a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, running Rapos thread with Maggie magnetic frames.
• OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser for cutting and engraving full-grain leather patches, in use since 2020.
• Two-platen VEVOR hat press with our proprietary heat bonding process for glued patches.
• Screen printing with plastisol, water-based and discharge inks and a conveyor dryer, for the shirts that go with the caps.
• DTF transfers outsourced to DTF Tribe in Carson City, Nevada and pressed in-house.

Brands

Battle Born Clothing is an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. We also decorate Port Authority, Port & Company, Independent Trading Co., Sportsman, CornerStone, Sport-Tek, Eddie Bauer and YP Classics/Yupoong, and we are a Zapped Headwear dealer and buy Decky direct. Melin caps are decorated customer-supplied only.
